Free shipping worldwide

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. There's no minimum spend.

Made to order

Each item is made to order by our print partner and shipped from their production facilities overseas. It isn't sitting on a shelf waiting for you, so it takes a little longer than off-the-shelf stock.

How long it takes

As a guide, our print partner usually takes 2–5 business days to make your item. Delivery then typically takes around 5–20 business days, depending on where you are. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods (like the lead-up to Christmas) can take longer. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Import duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be charged import duties, customs fees or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, aren't included in our price or collected by us, and are payable by the buyer. Contact your local customs office if you're unsure.

Address details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, send us a message straight away on our Contact page. Because production starts quickly, we may not be able to change an order once it has gone into production.

Problems with delivery

If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or doesn't turn up within the estimated time, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out. See our Returns and refunds policy for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
